CANCELLATION POLICY

TAG Cancellation / Refund Policy

If for some reason you wish to cancel your booked event, an email intimation needs to be sent to reachus@theadventuregypsies.com.

Cancellation requests are not taken over phone. However, you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.

The dropped out participant can also find a replacement for him/her self at least 15 days prior to the start of the Himalayan event and 7 days prior to weekend events to bypass cancellation process, failing to which the following cancellation policy will apply, and refunds are based on the total fare as follows:

For Himalayan events OR week long events:

Cancellation prior to 35 days from the start of the event —  90% refund.
Cancellation prior to 20 days from the start of the event —  75% refund.
Cancellation prior to 12 days to the start of the event —       50% refund.
Cancellation less than 12 days to the start of the event —       No refund.

For all other events:

Cancellation prior to 15 days from the start of the event —  75% refund.
Cancellation prior to 7 days from the start of the event —    50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days to the start of the event —         No refund.

All refund process will be initiated within 4 working days once the particular event is over.

Paying Participation fee

The fee can be paid by online Bank transfer OR Cash deposit.
Instruction for payment will be shared along with our tour itinerary OR in the event registration form.
Once payment transfer is done, please e-mail us with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
